Reporting a stolen/lost standpipe

Charges

• The cost of repairing the standpipe will be determined by the manufacturer upon their inspection. Once this is complete the repair cost will be applied to the hirers account.
• If the standpipe is lost/stolen you will be charged a fee as set out in Schedule 1 of the Standpipe Hire Terms. This fee will be applied to the hires account.

If your standpipe is stolen you must first lodge a formal report of the theft with the Police. You will be issued with an incident report document. You must then attend Icon Water's office in Mitchell. Icon Water will require the Police incident number.

If your standpipe is damaged you must immediately return the damaged standpipe to Icon Water.
