We make it our priority to provide Canberrans with safe drinking water that meets both Australian standards and ACT regulatory requirements. For this reason, we do not recommend using filters to further treat your tap water. 

Maintaining water filters 

We recognise that there are those within the community who may want to use water filters for aesthetic or medical purposes. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any costs associated with the installation or maintenance of these devices.
