Request a meter reading check

If you would like to question the accuracy of your meter reading simply fill in the online form and submit your request. An Icon Water representative will attend your property and reread your meter. Ensure there is easy access to the meter. You will be informed of the outcome in writing within three weeks of submitting this form.
