This help may be anything from a slight extension to a payment’s due date through to accessing our long term financial hardship program, Staying Connected. No matter how much support you may need, we are committed to engaging with customers and providing individualised assistance.
You can access these support mechanisms several ways, these are:
- Request a payment extension through our online self-service portal.
- Talk to us directly by calling 6248 3111 and selecting option 2.
