Fraud and corruption (whistleblower policy)
We are committed to upholding our core values through ethical and lawful conduct in all aspects of our business.
Our whistleblower policy encourages individuals to speak up about any illegal or improper conduct by ensuring that they can do so in a safe and confidential environment, without fear of reprisal or detrimental treatment.
The policy sets out:
- the protections available to whistleblowers,
- how to make a disclosure (including to whom),
- measures implemented to support and protect whistleblowers, and
- how we will investigate disclosures and ensure fair treatment of people named in disclosures or to whom disclosures relate.

Reporting fraud and corruption
The Red Flag Hotline is an independent service, provided by Deloitte, through which individuals can report instances of fraud or corruption. This service is available 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week to suppliers, members of the public and our workers.
