Provide meter self-read

If you received an estimated water bill, and would like to have this bill adjusted, you can provide your own meter reading. Simply fill in the online form below and submit your request. Alternatively you can text a photo of your meter reading (ensuring the meter serial number is visible), along with your account number to 0436 807 109.

Please note: You will need to provide your own reading before the payment due date as stated on your estimated bill. Requests received after this date may not be processed.
