Icon Water provides essential water and wastewater services to the Canberra community. It is important that we have the right water and wastewater infrastructure to match the expectations of our customers and ensure future water security for our growing city.

The Independent Competition and Regulatory Commission (ICRC) sets ACT water and sewerage prices, with any changes taking place from 1 July.
  
Each year, water and sewerage prices will be adjusted to account for the Consumer Price Index (CPI), market factors, and government charges.
