We've launched My Icon Water - an online platform that will give you an easier way to manage your account 24/7. My Icon Water replaced our epayplus and ebilling systems. If you get your bill via email at the moment, you'll still get this, but you can also log in to track your usage, update your details and pay your bill if you want.
