Note : If you are applying for a pool exemption on behalf of a client, it is preferable that the occupant of the premises where the pool is to be filled or refilled applies for the exemption. The occupant is responsible for complying with restrictions, so it is important that they are aware of their obligations as well as the conditions of the exemption.
